Ria Arun
FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ria Arun, a driven middle schooler, is working to ensure that younger students have the resources and support they need to succeed in school and beyond. At school, she actively supports peers in her Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) club to build leadership skills, while also managing social media and outreach for Kumon to help connect local families with essential educational resources. She further expands learning access through her involvement with Mission:MathMinds, helping organize community book drives and local events. Outside of her academic and volunteer pursuits, she loves playing badminton with friends and family. Reflecting the many ways young people can lead, serve, and inspire, Ria also had the honor of singing at Carnegie Hall in December of 2025.

Ruby Arun
MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ruby Arun is a dynamic leader and education reform advocate, serving on the Board of Directors at The Dignity Shift. She is the founder and CEO of Mission:MathMinds, a global nonprofit combatting math anxiety and empowering over 19,000 girls in STEM, generating $1.6M in impact through partnerships with the UN and Goldman Sachs. A Coca-Cola Scholar and published AI researcher at Stanford and Yale, Ruby has ranked nationally in math, led her school’s BPA chapter, and earned top international vocal honors with four Carnegie Hall performances. She is currently pursuing policy and service fellowships at Harvard and will attend Harvard University, concentrating in Applied Math (Economics, Computer Science) and Government.

Sophia Serrano
DIRECTOR OF CONTENT CREATION
Sophia Serrano is a dedicated middle school student who is passionate about helping others through service, leadership, and creativity. Since 2025, she has been involved with The Dignity Shift and actively participates in school activities related to religion while helping raise money for cancer research. Sophia has been ice skating since the age of four, earning recognition in several competitions through her hard work, determination, and teamwork. She also enjoys drawing and painting in her free time, using her creativity to create thoughtful and detailed artwork. Through her many interests and accomplishments, Sophia continues to make a positive impact in her community.
